The public cultural centers is the main cultural field to carry out mass cultural activities and to provide the main public places for cultural activities. After the development of “Twelfth-Five” period，the public cultural centers of Sichuan Province have achieved leapfrog upgrade in both hardware and software and have made a series of achievements，but at the same time，there are also some problems. This article is intended to sort the development effectiveness，as well as rational response to practical problems，to put forward a number of targeted measures.
