近几年来,全国公共图书馆注册志愿者的数量不断增长,人们对于图书馆志愿服务的参与度及对志愿精神的认同度不断提升,志愿服务组织的数量迅速增长,组织化与制度化建设也日渐加强,为志愿服务的进一步发展提供了良好的社会基础和组织保障。但是大多数图书馆对志愿者的管理没有给予充分的重视,志愿服务管理未形成常态,一套长期可循的管理机制尚未建立,馆际也未建立系统联系。本文就公共图书馆志愿服务管理模式做初步探讨。
<<In recent years,with the growing number of registered volunteers of national public library,the participation of library volunteer service and acceptance of volunteerism have been enhanced,the number of voluntary organizations have grown rapidly,and organization and institutionalization construction has become more strengthened,which have provided a good social foundation and organizational guarantee for the further development of voluntary service. However,the most of libraries pay little attention and understanding on volunteer management which doesn’t forms normalization. A long-term management mechanism isn’t built,a systematic connection between libraries isn’t established,neither. This article makes a preliminary study of public library management mode of volunteer service.
