Land transfer system refers to the system whereby a farmer who enjoys contracted land management right transfers the land management right（right to the use of the land）to another farmer or an economic organization by such means as subcontract，assignment，becoming a shareholder，cooperation，leasing，and exchange，thereby creating a new type of agricultural business operator. This report introduces the land transfer practice of Jiajiang County，Leshan City and its effects，and explored the ways of regulating in accordance with law the mechanism for paid transfer of land，promoting the lawful and orderly transfer of rural land，and fully safeguarding the rights and interests of all parties involved in the transfer of rural land.
