The Government of Luzhou City，in exploring and innovating the administration of food and drug safety，has based itself on reality，adhered to the problem-oriented approach，focused on key and difficult issues，started with reinforcing spot check，monitoring，emergency management work，regulation of key targets，and crackdown on illegal and criminal activities，exerted itself on enhancing the capacity of cadres，the capacity of technical support，and the efficiency of supervision and regulation，strengthened comprehensive coordination，governance by law，exemplary construction，and service development，and steadily pushed forward food and drug administration in accordance with law. By doing so，it has achieved the goal of no major food and drug safety liability incident in Luzhou City in the past three years，successfully defended the bottom line of food and drug safety，and laid a solid foundation for making Luzhou a national food safety city.
