For a long period of time，trade unions organizations at various levels throughout Sichuan Province have been continuously exploring and innovating ways of upholding the lawful rights and interests of the broad masses of employees，including migrant rural workers in cities，and achieved many good results，including many new and pioneering approaches，measures，and practices. Especially since the implementation of the strategy of ruling the country by law，the Federation of Trade Unions of Sichuan Province has taken the opportunity to carry out new practice and achieved new results in establishing and improving the mechanism for the liaison with outside legal aid.
