To implement the spirit of the Program of Ruling Sichuan Province by Law，the Judicial Bureau of Sichuan Province，under the leadership of Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government，has taken the construction of a law-based，harmonious，and safe Sichuan as its goal，exploited the full potentials of the lawyer’s contingent，integrated the lawyer’s resources，and promoted in accordance with law the orderly reform of the lawyers’ system in the province. In this process，it has adopted measures for implementing the principle of practicing the law for the people，ensuring the lawful practice of law，and safeguarding the lawful rights and interests of lawyers and parties to litigation，put into practice the spirit of the rule of law，and adjusted service and management patterns in a scientific and rational manner，thereby created a good rule of law environment for the development and reform of the lawyer’s system in Sichuan Province.
