Implementing the decisions and arrangements made by the CPC Central Committee and Provincial Party Committee on poverty alleviation is the most important political task and livelihood project of the Government of Nanchong City for the current and future periods of time. To fulfill this task，the Government of Nanchong City has based itself on local conditions，adhered to the thinking of “providing fundamental，long-term and overall solutions”，closely combined the implementation of the rule of law with poverty alleviation and safeguarded poverty alleviation through the rule of law，explored ways of implementing the “Ten，Hundred，Thousand，and Ten Thousand” Poverty Alleviation Project，applied the rule of law methods to regulate the use of the funds of poverty alleviation projects，safeguarded the lawful rights and interests of special groups，and resolutely cracked down on unlawful and criminal acts，cultivated the rule-of-law foundation in rural poverty-stricken areas，thereby ensured that the various kinds of poverty alleviation work have been carried out in a lawful and orderly way.
