With the increase of people’s demand for the right to judicial information，the traditional mode of circuit trial in China has met with many practical problems in its development. To solve these problems，the People’s Court of Deyang City has actively explored the “Internet Plus Circuit Trial” mode by setting up circuit trial live broadcast points in communities，schools，prisons and other grassroots governance units with relatively concentrated population to broadcast live the court trial and，through Internet remote video transmission technology，to link up with parties to the lawsuit and other litigant participants，whether they are at the live broadcast point or not，so as to enable them to participate in court trial without the need of physically appearing in court. By relying on the “Smart City” Network Construction Platform，this circuit trial mode has broadened the coverage of live broadcast of court trial，and realized the real-time transmission of court trial to the Internet，mobile phones，radio，TV and other terminals，thereby extending efficient and convenient legal services to every grassroots governance unit，comprehensively enhancing the actual effect of publicity of the legal system and conflict resolution，and forming a grassroots social governance mode with Deyang characteristics.
