Some of the major measures taken by Chinese procuratorial organs for servicing green development include taking procuratorial functions as the starting point，cracking down with full force on crimes of destructing ecological resources，effectively protecting ecological resources，and truly protecting the safety of ecological environment. In recent years，procuratorial organs of Sichuan Province at various levels have vigorously advocated such brand new ecological judicial ideas as “protecting biodiversity，ensuring ecological safety，providing ecological humanistic care，and promoting intergenerational equity”，strictly performed their legal supervision functions，improved ecological procuratorial work mechanism，and actively participated in comprehensive social management，thereby constructed a ecological judicial protective screen and provided forceful judicial safeguard for the construction of beautiful Sichuan and green development in the province.
