The Opinions the CPC Central Committee on Further Regulating the Disposal of Properties Involved in Criminal Proceedings put forward the plan for the construction of a cross-department information platform for concentrated management of properties involved in criminal proceedings and a system of check and balance between case-handling departments and personnel and safekeeping departments and personnel，and for the standardization of the safekeeping of properties involved in criminal proceedings. To implement the Opinions，the Government of Sichuan Province has established a provincial information platform for the concentrated management of properties involved in criminal proceedings by taking the construction of the platform，the places of safekeeping and the relevant institutions as the key，developed through exploration different modes and established a series of systems of management and disposal of properties involved in criminal proceedings，thereby gained successful experience for the standardization of the management and disposal of properties involved in criminal proceedings in the province. This experience has been full affirmed by the leaders of the central authorities.
