为贯彻“依法、高效、规范、求实、勤政、廉洁”的工作方针,近年来,自贡市坚持“提高效能、服务群众、服务发展”的方向,创新性地开展了机关管理服务标准化建设工作。通过建立适应机关工作的通用基础标准、岗位工作标准、服务提供标准、管理保障标准,使岗位职责清晰化、工作流程公开化、机关管理规范化、对外服务优质化,实现“有人就有工作标准、有事就有质量标准、有物就有管理标准”的目标。各级机关和政府工作人员更加了解各自岗位需要“做什么、怎么做、怎样做最好”,基本形成标准化服务意识,有力地推动了自贡市法治型政府建设。
<<In recent years,the Government of Zigong City,to implement the work policy of “building a law-abiding,efficient,standardized,pragmatic,diligent,honest and clean government”,has adhered to the principle of “improving efficiency and servicing the masses and the development” and innovatively carried out the work of standardization of administrative services by government agencies. By establishing general and basic work standards,job standards,service provision standards,and management guarantee standards that are applicable to administrative agencies,it has clarified job responsibilities,made work procedure public,standardized the management of government agencies,optimized the provision of services,realized the goal of “there is job standard as long as there is a person to do the job;there is quality standard as long as there is a work to do;and there is a management standard as long as there is a thing to be managed”,enabled governments organ and state personnel at various levels to better understand “what they have to do,how to do it,and what is the best way to do it”,basically formed the consciousness of standardized service among them,thereby forcefully promoted the construction of a law-based government in the city.
