In 2015, is the worst ever in the northeast of haze weather process, pollution levels.Although the three northeast provinces took a series of measures to fight the fog haze, but the effect is not obvious.Especially as the best way to solve the problem of smog pollution of regional cooperation, due to a lack of institutional constraints, emission standard is not unified, the information development is not mature, the resources sharing mechanism is not sound, and the reason such as the contradiction between environmental protection and economic growth, the effect is not satisfactory.Therefore, the three northeast provinces should accelerate building haze governance mechanism of collaboration in northeast China, mainly including the regional legislative cooperation, unity, atmospheric environmental monitoring, information resource sharing, the local finance and multiple security mechanisms such as horizontal cooperation, in order to successfully crack haze governance dilemma in northeast China.
