2015年,东北三省在经济下滑的情况下依然高度重视保障性住房建设,采取了一系列措施,取得了不错的效果,但也存在保障对象易出现偏颇、保障对象后续监管不到位、选址较远,配套的基础设施跟不上、物业管理差、动态退出难、分配不公平现象时有发生等问题。因此,要从资金投入、信息共享、准入与退出机制、配套设施与管理服务以及取消经济适用房等方面入手,完善东北三省保障性住房建设。
