Through three Fujian volunteer community organizations，We can find that the executive community volunteer organizations lack necessary system，organization and funding，which are always engaged in form service，and the residents lack of effective participation. While social voluntary organizations can recruit volunteers with spirit and enthusiasm，but they cannot connect with community work together. On the other hand，mixed organizations can easily form a mechanism to recruit stable volunteer team，but there are a number of volunteers are difficult to extend，and construction of their ages and education is unreasonable. This requires us to gain the development and expansion of various voluntary organizations，improve the voluntary registration system，standardize their management and operation，expand the content of volunteer service，and promote voluntary service quality.
