In the process of constructing the System of Informatization of People’s Court 3.0，The Intermediate People’s Court of Suzhou City，by taking the principle of servicing the handling of cases，facilitating litigation，optimizing the administration of trials，and raising the quality and efficiency of trial as its starting point，has developed an initial plan for improving the efficiency of and standardizing the court trial. The plan，which takes the synchronized generation and in-depth application of electronic case file as the basis，the integration of sending and receiving center of litigation materials and the area of centralized collection of litigation information as the breakthrough，and speech recognition and cloud box technologies as the main driving force，represents an important step forward towards the construction of the smart trial system in China.
