People’s courts and judicial administrative organs each perform their independent judicial functions within the scope of their respective scope of competence，with clear division of work and close cooperation between them. In order to comprehensively raise the case handling efficiency and strengthen the business collaboration between different systems，the Higher People’s Court of Anhui Province has actively explored the ways of carrying out extensive cooperation with the Provincial Department of Justice in the fields of data sharing，cross-boundary integration，the on-line handling of cases of commutation of sentences and parole through special network or the Internet，and the establishment of linkage between lawyer’s service platform and judicial administrative system，thereby realizing in an all-round way the joint online handling of cases by courts and judicial administrative organs，which has achieved good results in judicial practice.
