“Difficulties in the service of judicial documents” is a problem that has been plaguing Chinese courts for a long period of time. The People’s Court of Hi-tech Development Zone of Nanchang City，Jiangxi Province has solved this problem by independently developing a judicial documents service platform through the utilization of informatization technologies. By optimizing and reconstructing this platform，the Higher People’s Court of Jiangxi Province has realized the whole-process management of the service of judicial documents，the full-coverage of methods of service，the traceability of documents in the whole process of service，and the diversification of relevant services. This report introduces the platform-based innovative mode of service of judicial documents by combining theory with practice and focusing on integrated management and outsourcing of auxiliary trial services，and looks at the future development in this field.
