Informatization of enforcement check and control system plays a key role in overcoming the difficulties in enforcement of judgments. Under the guidance of this idea，the People’s Court of Shenzhen City has established the first information platform for the check and control of case-related property in the country. After five years of improvement and development，the platform has broken the original target frame of overcoming difficulties in enforcement of judgments by developing more innovative functions of social governance participation and，as such，has gradually become an important component of the “smart city”. This report gives a detailed introduction to the background，operational mode，and main functions of the “Eagle-Eye Check and Control Network System”，which serves as an information platform for the enforcement check and control work，and summarizes the operation of this platform in the five years since its establishment，with a view to providing useful experience for the popularization of check and control information platform in the whole country.
