In recent years，the people’s courts in Qinghai Province，in accordance with the strategic arrangement of the Supreme People’s Court for informatization work，have strengthened the top-level design，adhered to the principle of attaching equal importance to the construction and application of informatization system and the principle of “unified leadership，unified planning，unified standard，and unified construction”，paid special attention to giving full play to late-starter’s advantages，highlighted the construction of “one database，two centers，and three platforms” and grasping of the two key links of “online handling of cases” and “online office work”，vigorously promoted the integration of different systems，pushed forward the continuous development of informatization work，thereby taken new steps in the leap-frog development of informatization of courts in underdeveloped areas.
