Smart Trial System 1.0 has been designed and developed on the basis of full utilization of the existing informatized resources of the courts without increasing the intensity of judges’ work，and under the guidance of systematic and scientific ideas，with a view to improving of the quality and efficiency of judges’ work and using objective data to guide the trial and the decision-making of courts. The system has greatly improved the quality and efficiency of the work of the courts at grassroots level by realizing the following functions：use of electronic case files，generation of litigation documents，feedback of case information，search for correlative cases，pushing of similar cases，and analysis of judicial big data.
