In order to meet the need of the development of informatization under the new situation and effectively solve the prominent conflict between staff shortage and heavy caseload，the people’s courts in Jiangsu Province have based themselves on the construction of smart court，closely integrated the administration of trials and informatization construction，and endeavored to raise the level of administration of trials through informatization and promote various aspects of court work through scientific administration of trials. This report introduces the development of informatization of courts in Jiangsu Province，analyzes the characteristics and featured projects implemented in the process of integration of administration of trials and the development of informatization，and puts forward suggestions on the targeted long-term development plan in light of the existing problems in the development of informatization.
