本文通过发放调查问卷、实地调查等方式，对陕西关中地区农村文化娱乐活动的开展情况进行了调查。了解关中地区农村文化娱乐活动中存在娱乐观念落后、方式单一、供需错位等问题，分析了存在这些问题的原因，并结合关中地区农村的特点提出了针对性的改进措施，为未来关中地区农村的文化娱乐活动开展提供了一定建议。
<<This paper investigates the development of cultural and recreational activities in the rural areas of middle Shaanxi Province by means of questionnaires and on-the-spot investigation. This paper analyzes the reasons for these problems，and puts forward the pertinent improvement measures in view of the characteristics. It is of great significance for the future development of the rural areas in Shaanxi with providing a certain example of cultural and recreational activities to be followed.
