Migrant workers refer to the agricultural account personnel who work in urban enterprises or local township enterprises. The relationship between migrant workers’ occupational health and safety affects the migrant workers and their families stability of living conditions. It is of great significance of integration of urban and rural areas and the construction of a harmonious socialist society，and to improve the system of migrant workers’ work injury insurance，not only will protect individual interests of migrant workers effectively，but also shows the effective solution to the problems of agriculture，rural areas and farmers. This paper focuses on the current situation and existing problems of the implementation of the industrial injury insurance for migrant workers in Shaanxi Province，and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
