A growing number of urban communities around the world are recognizing that lifelong learning can be a driver of social，cultural，economic and environmental development. In response to a number of challenges faced by the city，Mexico City has actively promoted the concept of lifelong learning and efforts to build a learning city. Learning city of Mexico City has been introduced in the case，with enlightenment to Chinese cities.
