The essence of mixed ownership reform is to promote market-oriented economy. As a highly market-oriented subject，private enterprises should play an important role in promoting the development of mixed-ownership economy. The authors conduct a cognition and survey of the present situation and problem of Sichuan’s mixed ownership economy development through questionnaires，business forums and other forms，furthermore，the authors analyze and study the problems of how to promote the private enterprises to participate in the mixed reform and how to develop the mixed ownership economy. Based on the above analysis，the research is helpful to provide basis and reference of the top-level design，decision-making，policy-introduction of Sichuan’s deepen reform and the development of mixed ownership economy.
