In recent years，economic development of Sichuanhas entered a new normal. Based on the analysis of industrial development in Sichuan Province，this paper judged the economic development stage of Sichuan from four perspectives：evolution of industrial structure，evolution of employmentstructure，growth in output per head of population. The result is that industrial development of Sichuan is currently in the middle stage of industrialization. Combine the law and experience of national and regional industrial development in a similar stage，the paper proposes general ideas and strategies of industrial development in Sichuan.
