Based on the economic and financial situation of Sichuan province in the first three quarters of 2016，this paper used historical data analysis method and investigation analysis method to analyze and predict banking institutions，capital markets，insurance agencies and other major financial industries of Sichuan in 2016-2017，and concluded that banking institutions in Sichuan would be confronted with business transformation and structure adjustment of assets and liabilities，and capital markets would sustain rapid growth，and life insurance would continue to boom explosively in such a low interest-rate environment，but the rate of growth would slow down.
