The Human World is the ten set of TV news documentary of SMG which concerns “doctor-patient relationship” and triggers warm response of many public opinion fields. This paper analyzes the communication environment of TV news documentary under the background of the media convergence，the reform of SMG，and the innovation and development of the documentary in the content and communication. This paper argues that，The Human World should be regarded as the perfect example of innovative culture management due to the documentary made a positive and effective contribution to the restoration and construction of healthy “doctor-patient relationship”. Meanwhile，The Human World provides a useful reference for other fields which also have social problems.
