Over the years，from the government to the community，Shanghai has attached great importance to the work of assisting families lost single-child，and has adopted a series of policies and measures and achieved good social effects. This paper comprehensively analyzes the needs of families lost single-child，and combs the preliminary results of the existing social support of “Government-Led，Departmental Coordination，Social Participation，Multi-Care”，and focuses on analyzing the weak links and existing problems of the existing social subjects for the support of families lost single-child，and puts forward some suggestions on how to further improve the social support system of the families lost single-child.
