本文利用2015年“第四次中国城乡老年人生活状况抽样调查”上海地区的调查数据，对老年人口的收入、支出总量和结构变化情况进行了全面分析，并提出了提高老年人收入保障水平、均衡城乡收入差异的一些对策建议。
<<This article comprehensively analyzed the income，the total expenditure and the structure change of the elderly population and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions which can improve the income security level of the elderly and balance the income difference between urban and rural areas by the Shanghai survey data of “The Fourth Chinese Elderly Living Conditions Survey in the Urban and Rural Areas” in 2015.
