With entering into the aging society，medical institutions for the elderly service has become the main content of responsing to the aging population actively in our country. In order to promote medical institutions to carry out the creating activities “Respecting the Elderly Civilization” and improve the quality of hospital services for the elderly，a standard system of creating the elderly service window “Respecting the Elderly Civilization” has been preliminary established which is composed of basic acceptance standards and optimization standard and the specific measures of the standard system application and practice have been put forward.
