Integrating Medical Care into Senior Care（MC+SC）is a collaborative elderly care model that provides medical care in residential care（include home care，community care）and institutional care services. The report analyzes the urgency and drivers of developing MC+SC integrated model in China，related policy trends，and some relevant experience in developed countries.
