民营医院作为我国政府办医体系的重要补充，对广大人民群众的健康保障起着举足轻重的作用。虽然民营医院已步入较快发展的轨道，但依然面临技术人才短缺、服务力量薄弱、融资困难、发展潜力较差和存有社会偏见等方面的问题。
<<The private hospitals take an important role in the health care of Chinese people as the complemental part of state-owned hospital system. Although private hospitals showed rapid growth trend in the past 10 years，problems in developing still exist such as shortage of skilled personnel，weak service，financing difficulties，weak development potential，social prejudice and other issues.
