The gender inequality in health is mainifested mainly in the following three aspects：women being in disadvantageous position in health and healthcare，the unequal distribution of nutriments within the family，and inequality in childbearing and birth control surgery. The inequality in health affects not only women’s livelihood choice but also their access to information. On the other hand，multi-birth not only increases child-rearing cost，but also subjects women to increased gynecological diseases，rendering it hard for them to go in for heavy manual labor and consequently casusing poverty to the family. Conversely，the poverty serves to further aggravate such gender inequality.
