More attention is being paid to the effects of the foreign corporate M&A on the competition environment in China with the current high tides of it. There is an urgent need for the government to regulate the foreign corporate M&A. The paper examined the influences of the foreign corporate M&A in view of the theories and facts，pointed out that the anti-competition effects of the foreign corporate M&A should not be ignored and it was necessary to regulate it under anti-monopoly regulations，and made some suggestions about the existing regulation system based on the China’s situation aimed at making use of foreign investments more effectively and creating a fair competition environment for companies home and abroad.
