There are a large quantity of civil organizations with independency in Zhejiang Province.Their status in society is rising consequently.The career associations or trade unions are the main bodies of Zhejiang civil organizations. Zhejiang career associations or the trade unions could keep up with the reality of Zhejiang’s economic development.Meanwhile，they carry on the innovation unceasingly according to the development of economic and society and play important roles in private-owned economic development.But simultaneously they have some problems such as functional deficiency，the fuzzy boundary of organization and management system，insufficient cross-region coordinated cooperation and so on.Up to date，they need to be promoted to localization and standard organizations with supervisory service，boundary rationalization，diversification function，functionalization service and regional integration. <<
