Based on the new concept of development，the evaluation index of the growth performance of the crop family farm was screened by theory. The screening was in progress through expert review and discernment. A system of evaluation index with a high score creditability and validity was structured. Based on the sample of 453 crop family farms in Shandong Province，the index system was applied with using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy integrated evaluation. The result showed that：Although the growth performance of crop family farm is higher than a moderate level as a whole，there are some individual differences. Among this，the economic performance is commonly fine，the level of innovation performance is relatively low. So that，it is necessary to guide the balanced development of family farm，constitute precise support strategies，and set up the growth performance monitoring system.
