The Communist Youth League (CYL) is a complex society which is "official and people". Its social attribute determines that it must participate in social construction. Moreover, the special identity of the Communist Youth League has many incomparable advantages. In the past 30 years of reform and opening up, the Communist Youth League has been exploring new ways and ways to participate in social construction.
