In recent years, China's non-governmental organizations have developed rapidly. By the end of 2007, there were 386000 registered non-governmental organizations, including 211000 social organizations, 174000 private non enterprise units and 1392 foundations. The rapid development of non-governmental organizations has led to the research of non-governmental organizations or non-governmental organizations. However, the research on the social security of the staff of civil organizations is obviously lacking, and the relevant investigation is also relatively lacking. In order to make up for the lack of investigation and research, the author conducted a questionnaire survey on 165 non-governmental organizations in Qingdao from March to May 2008 (a total of 160 valid questionnaires were collected). Through the investigation, we have a basic understanding of the social security situation of the staff of non-governmental organizations in Qingdao, and found some problems.
