近年来,随着中国MBA教育规模的不断扩大,生源质量难以保证、师资力量不足、培养体系不合理和缺乏相关就业指导等问题逐渐暴露。本文通过将IMPM项目与MBA教育进行对比,并从建构主义学习理论、分布式认知理论、协调三角形理论和反思性教学理念等视角分析两者差异,发现IMPM项目有诸多优势值得MBA教育借鉴。研究发现,必须通过优化招生条件、明确培训重点、科学设置课程和完善教学模式4种主要途径对中国MBA教育进行改革,从而促进中国MBA教育乃至整个专业学位教育的发展。
<<In recent years,as the MBA programs in China grew in number and size,the problems of low student quality,shortage in faculty,unsuitable curriculum,and lack of employment guidance have become more visible. This article compared IMPM programs to MBA programs,analyzed the differences in using Constructivism Theory,Distributed Cognition Theory,Coordinate Triangle Theory and Reflective Teaching Philosophy. It was found that IMPM programs have many advantages over MBA programs and are worth consideration for references. The article pointed out that China’s MBA programs need to be re-shaped via four major reforms,namely the optimization of admission conditions;the clarification of training emphasis;the streamlining of curriculum;and the improvement of pedagogical models. These reforms will help the development of China’s MBA education,and in turn benefiting the entire system of professional education.
