During the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period，the transformation of economic development pattern needs to be supported by an efficient financial services sector.To build an efficient financial services system，we should succeed in completing the following four things：First，attaching equal importance to developing small and medium-sized banks and enhancing core competitiveness of large commercial banks，to promote further deepening of reform of commercial banks.Second，building a multi-level capital market system serving the transformation of development modes，with the focus on developing bond market.Third，promoting the continued，rapid and healthy development of China’s insurance industry.Fourth，improving diversified，multi-level rural financial system whose function is to promote the cause of new rural construction.
