Currently，the development of China’s producer services industry has been in a booming trend with some new features.However，the development of producer services is lagging behind from that of domestic manufacturing industry mainly due to multiple factors.Such as a long history of engaging in processing and manufacturing，a rapid growth of the manufacturing industry；the practice of special institutional arrangement；low quality of labor force；and harsh external environment.To address the above issue，we need to take measures to eliminate the institutional obstacles，increase the support of preferential policies，encourage to undertake international high-end services，create business models for producer services，and provide high-end R&D platforms，talent-training platforms，and supporting infrastructure platforms.Chinese enterprises need to actively seize opportunities for development，and take advantage of existing favorable policies to improve supply chain management and international competitiveness.
