In the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei joint development and reform of the new situation，increase the intensity of key projects related to building the overall situation. This paper starts with the existing problems in the construction supervision of key projects in Hebei Province，summarizes the status quo of the supervision work of the key projects，analyzes and draws lessons from the supervision experience of the key projects in Hebei Province，and puts forward the ideas and countermeasures for further innovation and improvement of supervision system and methods of key projects in Hebei Province.
