当前，地方政府处置僵尸企业的进展缓慢，尚未对“僵尸企业”做好理论认识和政策层面的顶层设计。本文通过对当前河北省“僵尸企业”情况调研，分析了“僵尸企业”的概念和由来，提出了河北省“僵尸企业”的认定标准，分析总结了“僵尸企业”存在的原因和危害，概括了当前河北省处置“僵尸企业”面临的难点问题，并对妥善处置“僵尸企业”、推进供给侧结构性改革、实现河北省产业转型升级提出了具体对策。
