近两年来，民间资本投资实体经济的热度锐减。通过对部分市县重点项目投资情况的实地调研并与负责人座谈，我们发现，信心不足、缺少投资热点、制度制约等都是面上的问题，事实上，推动民间资本投资实体经济在河北省仍存在着较多的深层原因。本报告试图从挖掘影响民间投资的深层原因入手，提出一些可操作性的对策措施。
<<The past two years，private capital investment in the real economy dropped sharply. Through the field research on the investment of key projects in some cities and counties and the discussion with the responsible persons，we found that the lack of confidence，the lack of investment hot spots，the system constraints are all surface problems，In fact，the promotion of private capital investment in the real economy in our province there are still more deep-seated reasons. This report attempts to dig from the underlying causes of private investment to start，put forward some operational measures.
