This article makes a comprehensive analysis of the background, connotation, type, and function of the NPO incubator, discusses its mechanism, as well as the successes and disadvantages of the NPO incubator in China, by summarizing the development process and current situation of the NPO incubator in China and abroad, and puts forward policy suggestions to promote further development of the NPO incubator in China. <<
