Poyang Lake Urban Agglomeration is the main part of Changjiang Middle Reaches Megalopolis，to promote its development in urban areas，infrastructure，market construction，industrial development，ecological civilization construction and public services such as the integration process，has great significance to achieve Jiangxi’s green rise and build a moderately prosperous social. Focusing on building urban agglomeration with important influence in the country，importance of advanced manufacturing base in the central，integrated transport hub and modern service area in the central，this paper proposed the general idea，the main tasks and policy support of Poyang Lake Urban Agglomeration in Changjiang Middle Reaches Megalopolis’ development framework.
