本文以创业公司的招聘行为、招聘职位及招聘薪酬为研究对象,在标杆文献研究基础上,充分利用北京举贤网与51猎头网的招聘大数据,并通过相关数据研究分析,提出了在“大众创业、万众创新”的“双创”热潮和“互联网+”时代下北京市创客人才的流向、需求、人格特质等方面的特征,并且将其与BAT(百度、阿里巴巴、腾讯)的相关胜任力要求与薪酬方面进行了对比,发现目前制约创客人才发展的因素及存在问题,最后基于大数据分析,提出如何推动北京市创客人才发展创新与创业的政策建议。
<<This report takes start-up companies’ recruitment behavior,position and salary as the research objects,and fully utilizes and analyzes relevant recruitment data of Beijing Juxian Network and 51 headhunting Network on the basis of benchmark documents collection. Next,this paper points out the characteristics of the mobility,demand and personality traits of the talented Beijing Maker under the era of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Internet+,and then compares it with BAT(Baidu,Tencent and Alibaba)on the salary and capacity requirements to find out the existing problems and the factors that restricts the development of the talents. Finally,based on the analysis of the big data,this report puts forward some reasonable proposals on how to start up business and get a rapid development.
