    京冀人力资源服务业发展现状比较研究

    摘要

    加强京冀人力资源服务业的研究,对促进京冀人力资源服务业协同发展具有重要的现实意义。对京冀两地人力资源服务机构数量及分布、主营业务、行业经营、从业人员等各项发展指标的分析,得出京冀两地在人力资源服务业发展方面具有各自特点和合作空间的结论。当前,京冀两地人力资源服务业要主动适应经济新常态,把握机遇,应对挑战,坚持市场主导、需求引领,鼓励创新、提升服务,深化改革、增强活力、营造环境、有序发展的原则,以建立专业化、信息化、产业化、国际化的人力资源服务体系为目标,以产业引导、政策扶持和环境营造为重点,建立统一、规范的人力资源市场,提升人力资源配置开发水平,为京冀两地经济社会可持续发展提供有力支撑。

    Abstract

    Study on human resource service industry plays an important role in promoting the collaborative development of human resource service industry. The paper analyzes such indicators as the amount and distribution,main business,operation of industry,practitioners and draws a conclusion that the development of human resource service industry in both Beijing and Hebei shows features of their own and the tendency of potential cooperation. At present,human resource service industry in both Beijing and Hebei should adapt to the new normal condition of the economy to seize the opportunity for development and deal with challenges. The market-oriented and demands-based measures should be taken,the principle of encouraging innovation,improving quality of service,creating positive environment for development should be stuck to. The goals are establishing integrated and normalized human resource market and improving the allocation and development of human resource by setting up a professional,IT-oriented,industrialized and international human resource service system and by focusing on the guidance of industry,support of policies and creation of environment,in order to powerfully support the sustainable development of economy and society in both Beijing and Hebei.
