“To build a great team of social workers” was first definitely raised on the Sixth Plenum of the CPC Central Committee. The policy system of social work and talent development system of social workers have been established，and social work skill has been quickly adopted in the field of social services in Beijing. This is a research on the incentive system of social workers，based on analysis on the development status of social workers in Beijing. In the end，the paper proposes some policy suggestions to perfect the incentive and development system of social workers.
